Unfinished business

I am getting really good at starting things and not finishing them... well actually, I've always been really good at that. But now it's leaking over into my artwork. But here's a few things I've started. They need a bit of tweaking. This canvas was meant to be a background for something extraordinary but it's growing on me as is. I may do a series of these in different colors- related colors of course. This is 16x20 using acrylic paint.



This is a pink lotus... I have a photo of a lotus that is really inspiring and I did my best rendition of it. I need to finish it up with some correct shading, etc and then I'll post it when I'm done...
